CHANGE the big "C" word we either fear or embrace. Change comes natural when it is at the right moment. So why do we fear change? When we do not know who we are or when we are not comfortable with ourselves. We fear the unknowing!
In relation to fitness there is a mental and physical change. You can be me the most "fit" individual and not be happy and proud of what you have accomplished. Why? Well you have to ask yourself why are you changing. Are you changing for something, someone, or you? When you began to change for yourself it comes naturally and you embrace it! As you think about the physical and mental changes you want to make for 2011 remember these are YOUR changes to better you overall.
I plan to embrace physical changes for 2011. Mentally I am where I need to be to challenge and push myself. I am working towards changing my physique for the 2011 competition season. I have gotten my feet wet in competing and now I am ready to step my game up.
Before I end I have two questions for you to ponder: Physically and/or mentally what are your changes for 2011? Why are you changing?

WELCOME
Welcome to Sassy Fit!!! Sassy Fit welcomes you to my personal journey on fitness and life. Fitness is my passion and I hope you will be able to take what I post with an open mind. Physical health is one element of being physically fit. The second is mental health, an element we tend not to think about as we strive to reach our fitness goals. My beginning journey into the fitness industry did not consist of being mentally fit. As a result, I struggled to reach my goals. Now since I know my emotional health is just as important, I have seen the transformations physically and mentally. As I continue this journey of being mentally and physically fit in this forever changing world I will bring you Sass and Motivation. Stay tuned for next post: "Change for 2011!"
